Cotswold Summer Cup by Cotswolds Distillery

Instead of reaching for your usual bottle of Pimm’s, try this local version of our favourite summer cocktail. Crafted by Cotswolds Distillery using the award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin and a blend of handcrafted Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries, plus select herbs and spices, it is bursting with flavour. Rich and fruity, it has a pleasant complex bittersweet finish.

Make it: fill a large jug with 1 part Cotswolds Summer Cup over ice. Add 2 parts lemonade or ginger ale and garnish with cucumber, fresh mint, strawberries and orange slices.

Negroni Gin by Sibling Distillery

Enjoy a taste of Italy with this classic aperitivo cocktail. First mixed for Count Negroni in Florence in 1919, Sibling Distillery have today created a modern, Cotswolds version using their popular triple distilled gin base. The addition of carefully selected botanical flavours gives the Sibling Negroni the iconic bitter but balanced flavour of the original cocktail.

Make it: combine Sibling Negroni with Indian tonic water, a slice of orange and plenty of ice for a refreshing and herbal G&T.

Romy's Edition by Six O'Clock Gin

Exotic flavours of mango, ginger and lime infuse this special edition Six O’Clock gin, created in conjunction with celebratory chef Romy Gill MBE. The unique flavours are inspired by Romy’s memories of India, using herbs and spices commonly used in Indian cooking as well as juice from the native mango.

Make it: for a rich and fruit cocktail, serve over ice with a good quality India tonic water and a slice of fresh mango.
