How does Taste Club work in conjunction with Mid-Counties Co-op?
We are delighted to be working with Mid-Counties Co-op as our retail partner for Taste Club. They are a great ambassador of local food and drink in the area, and stock hundreds of locally produced lines. Every month there will a number of exclusive offers that are only available to customers who are members of both Taste Club AND Mid-Counties Co-op.
To take advantage of these exclusive offers, make sure you have signed up for Mid-Counties Co-op membership. You can do this here: http://mid.coop/tasteclub You will also need to add your Mid-Counties Co-op membership to your Taste Club account. You can do this here: https://warnerstasteclub.co.uk/members/
Once you are in-store, simply scan your Mid-Counties Co-op fob or app at the till, and the Taste Club offers will activate.
How do I add my Mid-Counties Co-op membership number to my Taste Club account?
You just need to login to your Taste Club account, which you can do here: https://warnerstasteclub.co.uk/members/. Enter your Mid-Counties Co-op membership number in the Account Details section.
Which Mid-Counties Co-op stores can I visit to take advantage of Taste Club offers?
Your Co-op Food Markets are located in Bidford on Avon, Bourton on the Water, Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh and Winchcombe. https://www.midcounties.coop/stores/
I have added my Mid-Counties Co-op membership number to my Taste Club account, but I didn't get the Taste Club offers at the till.
If you added your Mid-Counties Co-op membership number to your account part way through the month, then the Taste Club offers don't get added to your fob/ app until the new offers start the following month. To take advantage of the current offers, you can print out the vouchers in your Taste Club account, or ask the member of staff in store to do this for you.
How can I sign up to Mid-Counties Co-op?
Click on the following link: http://mid.coop/tasteclub and complete your details. Don't forget you need to add your Mid-Counties Co-op number to your Taste Club account.
What's happening to Taste Club now that your stores have transferred to Mid-Counties Co-op?
Taste Club is staying! Warner's will continue to own and run Taste Club with a regular monthly e-newsletter showcasing the best of local food and drink. We're absolutely delighted to be partnering with Mid-Counties Co-op and offering Taste Club members lots of exclusive offers on local produce available at Your Co-op Food Markets in Bidford on Avon, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh and Winchcombe. We'll also be bringing you some fantastic exclusive offers available at local restaurants, bars and hotels, as well exclusive offers direct from local producers themselves! Keep an eye out for your e-newsletter landing on the first Friday of the calendar month.
Do I need to keep hold of my Warner's Budgens Taste Club card?
Taste Club offers available at Mid-Counties Co-op stores will be accessed with the Mid-Counties Co-op membership card or app - therefore you must be a member to take advantage of them. (Note, you also need to add your Mid-Counties Co-op membership number to your Taste Club account) You will be able to download and print vouchers for exclusive offers at other local retail stores, but you may need to show your Taste Club card to access offers at local restaurants and hotels. The website will always explain how to take up an offer. If you have lost your card, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a replacement.
Can I still use the Taste Club App?

Will I still be able to earn Taste Club Reward Points?
No, Taste Club is now all about promoting and showcasing local food and drink in conjunction with our retail partners. There will still be plenty of exclusive offers for you to enjoy. We recommend signing up for membership of Mid-Counties Co-op, which allows you to earn points when you shop at Your Co-op Food Market - these will then be converted into your share of the profits. You will also be able to access exclusive Taste Club and Your Co-op Food Market offers. Sign up here: http://mid.coop/tasteclub - don't forget to add your Mid-Counties Co-Op membership to your Taste Club account.
How do I see what Taste Club offers are available to me?
Login to your Taste Club account and you will be able to print out all your exclusive vouchers. Each voucher will show where they can be used and what the offer is, along with any terms and conditions. https://warnerstasteclub.co.uk/members/ Taste Club member offers available at Mid-Counties Co-op stores will work at the till when your Mid-Counties Co-op membership card is scanned. Make sure you have added your Mid-Counties membership number to your Taste Club account to ensure you receive the offers.

How do I take advantage of offers available direct from the supplier?
Simply login to your Taste Club account, print off your voucher and take it to the relevant supplier. https://warnerstasteclub.co.uk/members/reset-password.php
I can't remember my Taste Club email address or password.
Simply drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and postal address and we'll be in touch.
I need to change my personal details on my Taste Club account.
Log in to your Taste Club account, amend relevant details and click 'update'. https://warnerstasteclub.co.uk/members/
I'm a bit stuck, what do I do?
Just send us an email to email@example.com and we'll be in touch.
I don't have a printer, so I can't print my vouchers out, what do I do?
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org from the email account you registered for Taste Club with, and your postal address, and we'll print them out and send them to you.
Remember that Taste Club offers available at Mid-Counties Co-op stores are activated when your Mid-Counties Co-op membership card is scanned at the till. Make sure you have added your Mid-Counties Co-op membership number to your Taste Club account!
