Cotswold Handmade Meringues

These locally-made meringues are in a completely different league to the usual ready-made varieties you find in most supermarkets. Crispy on the outside with a soft and gooey centre, they are as meringues are supposed to be, if you can be bothered to make your own!

Based in Nailsworth, the company is a family-run concern that has been making meringues for 30 years, to the same recipe. New additions have kept the company fresh with new products such as mini meringues, individual nests and pavlova bases, as well as exciting new flavours, but each has that same homemade quality and texture.
