Terms of Entry
By entering this competition, all entries my be from someone who:
- Is a Taste Club member
- Be able to visit Warner’s Supermarket, Upton-upon-Severn
- Agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material
Any entries not adhering to the rules above will be disqualified.
Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms and conditions that apply to the Warner’s Taste Club WIN Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) as promoted by Warner’s Retail (South West) Ltd. (company number 11164698) whose registered office is at Unit 2, 130 Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5SQ (the “Promoter”).
- Participation in the Prize Draw competition constitutes acceptance of the Terms. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to be bound by the Terms.
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
- Entrants will be required to provide their name, email address and answer the quiz question.
- The first entry drawn at random from those entries eligible for entry to the draw will win the Prize. (the “Winners”)
- The prize includes goods up to, and not exceeding the value of £200.
- The Prize is non-transferable, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter and no cash alternative is available. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a similar prize of an equal or greater value at any time. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the Winners.
- The following items are excluded: lottery products, tobacco, fuel, e-cigarettes and vaping materials.
- The winner must be aged over 18. Proof of age maybe required.
- The winner must be able to visit Warner’s Supermarket, Upton-upon-Severn to take advantage of the prize.
- The winner is kindly asked if they can be photographed with their prize for use on Warner’s website and social media.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Apple Inc. and Google Inc., are not sponsors of, or in any way involved in the programme or any of its draws, prizes, rewards or offers.
- The winner must be a member of Warner’s Taste Club.
- Warner’s Retail (South West) Ltd hold the right to withdraw the prize at any time.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the prize and all matters relating to the prize, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
